Our long-term commitment to developing for our core portfolio motivates our dedication to each community where we develop and has been our driving force in maintaining controlling equity within each project we develop.  Our focus is within the Florida market with the 2010 goal of delivering our first project outside of Florida within the Southeast U.S. region.
