Projects

Group Four Affiliated is an Orlando based, privately-held real estate development firm focused on bringing “quality of life” mixed-use projects to realization through the design principles of New Urbanism. New Urbanism is a set of urban design principles that became a movement in the 1980’s and 1990’s in response to the urban sprawl that began in the 1950’s. New Urbanist neighborhoods are walkable, contain a diverse range of housing and jobs, feature numerous community gathering areas, and promote appropriate architecture within the development. New Urbanism seeks to reduce how long people spend in traffic, increase the supply of diverse housing, and to rein in urban sprawl.

Notable Group Four projects include: Veranda Park, The Gardens, The Village of Windermere and the Windermere Financial Center.
